At Mobile World Congress (MWC 2024), Subtonomy will showcase some of the latest features of its powerful technical customer support suite – including the addition of support for 5G FWA. These new features are specifically designed to ensure mobile service operators can meet today’s FWA challenges and capitalize on tomorrow’s opportunities.


When there’s a problem with an FWA connection, Subtonomy’s solution empowers support agents by showing them all the actions a customer has taken to date (such as whether they’ve already performed a troubleshoot or a speed test), as well as what cell the outdoor unit is connected to, and whether it's the allocated FWA cell. Expert recommendations and insights will light up the agent dashboard, enabling agents to instantly spot service anomalies caused by cell congestion, recommend outdoor unit updates, or suggest relocation adjustments.
