Andreas Jorbeck is the co-founder and current CEO of Subtonomy, a pioneer SaaS company in the telecom sphere. Subtonomy digitizes communications service providers (CSPs) customer service through Machine Learning and automation within service assurance domain.Mr Jorbeck has extensive experience, having held executive positions at Nordic CSPs and product companies for the past 15 years.


Ola Billinger VP of Products and Solutions Subtonomy

Ola Billinger is the VP of Products and Solutions at Subtonomy. Ola has a vast experience of product and solution management within CSP service and network assurance, as well as OSS mediation working both at major CSP’s and global software vendors.



Wei Shi Intelligence lead Telecoms.com

Wei Shi leads the Telecoms.com Intelligence function. His responsibilities include managing and producing premium content for Telecoms.com Intelligence, undertaking special projects, and supporting internal and external partners. Wei’s research and writing have followed the heartbeat of the telecoms industry. Wei has two decades’ experience in the telecoms ecosystem. His former employers include Nokia and Strategy Analytics. Wei is a graduate of The London School of Economics. He speaks English, French, and Chinese, and has a working knowledge of Finnish and German. He is based in Telecom.com’s London office.
